The Inventory Condition Report (ICR) is how your crew records and reports the condition of items during Uplift and Delivery. It captures condition details, packing conditions, photos, damage information, and notes against each item on a job.
This overview explains what ICR is, how it differs from System Inventory, and points you to the right guide depending on what you need to do.
What ICR Covers
ICR is used to:
Document item conditions at Uplift and Delivery
Record packing conditions for each item
Add condition photos and notes
Record damages identified during the move
Create formal Inventory Condition Reports for the job
ICR Inventory vs. System Inventory
ICR Inventory (the catalogue of items, categories, and conditions your crew selects from) is separate from System Inventory (used for general inventory and volume calculations, estimates, and vehicle planning). Items configured in one do not automatically update the other.
For a full comparison, see ICR Inventory vs. System Inventory.
Two Parts to ICR
1. Setting up ICR Inventory (CRM) Before crew can complete an ICR in the field, your ICR Inventory needs to be configured in the CRM — categories, items, images, and packing conditions. Start with Opening and Understanding the ICR Inventory Page.
2. Completing an ICR (Crew App) Once the inventory is set up, crew members use the Crew App to record items at Uplift and confirm their status at Delivery. Start with Opening the ICR and the Uplift/Delivery Stages.
Where Completed ICRs Appear
Once both the Uplift and Delivery ICRs are submitted through the Crew App, they appear in the ICR section of the relevant Job Summary in the CRM, where you can review and print them. See Viewing and Printing Completed ICRs in the CRM.
