The Inventory Condition Report (ICR) lets crew members record inventory details during uplift and confirm the condition and delivery status of each item. This article explains the two ICR stages and how to open them in the Crew App.
The Two ICR Stages
Uplift – Record the items being collected, including their condition, photos, notes, and other relevant details.
Delivery – Review each item and confirm whether it was delivered or lost, including any damage identified at delivery.
Note: The Uplift ICR must be completed and submitted before the Delivery ICR can be completed.
Open the ICR
Open the assigned job in the Movermate Crew App.
Tap the ICR tab.
The Uplift and Delivery cards will appear.
Tap Uplift to begin recording the items being collected.
