What this automation does
This automation automatically sends a final follow-up email to customers seven days after their lead status is updated to Follow Up 2 in Movermate.
It helps re-engage unresponsive leads and cleanly closes the follow-up cycle when no response is received.
How the automation works

When a lead has a status of Follow Up 2
Action
Send an email to the customer
Uses the Follow Up – 3 email template
Timing
Sent 7 days after the lead update date
Post Action
Automatically updates the lead status to Lost
This ensures your sales pipeline remains accurate by closing inactive leads automatically.
How to set it up
Go to Settings → Automation Centre
Click Add Automation
Enter the workflow name:
Follow Up 3Configure the automation:
Trigger: When a lead has a status of Follow Up 2
Action: Send customer → Email
Email template: Follow Up – 3
Timing: 7 days after the lead update date
Post status: Lost
Click Add Workflow
When setting up this automation, make sure you select the Gmail (📩) icon before choosing your email template.
