Follow-Up 2 Email Automation

What this automation does
This automation automatically sends a follow-up email to customers three days after their lead status is updated to Follow Up 1 in Movermate.
It helps re-engage customers who have not yet responded and ensures consistent follow-ups without manual effort.

How the automation works

Trigger
When a lead has a status of Follow Up 1

Action
Send an email to the customer
Uses the Follow Up - 2 email template

Timing
Sent 3 days after the lead update date

Post Action
Automatically updates the lead status to Follow Up 3

This ensures your follow-up process stays consistent and your sales pipeline progresses automatically.

How to set it up

  1. Go to Settings → Automation Centre

  2. Click Add Automation

  3. Enter the workflow name:
    Follow Up 2

  4. Configure the automation:

    • Trigger: When a lead has a status of Follow Up 1

    • Action: Send customer → Email

    • Email template: Follow Up – 2

    • Timing: 3 days after the lead update date

    • Post status: Follow Up 2

  5. Click Add Workflow

When setting up this automation, make sure you select the Gmail (📩) icon before choosing your email template.
