What this automation does

This automation automatically sends a follow-up email to customers one day after their lead is marked as Quoted in Movermate.
It keeps your business front-of-mind and helps convert quotes into confirmed bookings without manual follow-ups.

How the automation works

Trigger
When a lead has a status of Quoted

Action
Send an email to the customer
Uses the Follow-Up 1 email template

Timing
Sent 1 day after the lead updation date

Post Action
Automatically updates the lead status to Follow-Up 2

This ensures your follow-up process stays consistent and your pipeline progresses automatically.

How to set it up

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Automation Centre

  2. Click Add Automation

  3. Enter the workflow name:
    ​Quoted Lead - FollowUp 1

  4. Configure the automation:

    • Trigger: When a lead has a status of Quoted

    • Action: Send customer β†’ Email

    • Email template: Follow-Up 1

    • Timing: 1 day after the lead update date

    • Post status: Follow-Up 1

  5. Click Add Workflow

When setting up this automation, make sure you select the Gmail (πŸ“©) icon before choosing your email template.
