How to set it up
Go to Settings → Automation Centre
Click Add Automation
Enter the workflow name:
Instant Lead Notification (Admin)Configure the automation:
Trigger: When a lead is created
Action: Send by role → Admin → Email
Email template: Lead Received
Timing: Immediately
Click Add Workflow
When setting up this automation, make sure you select the Gmail (📩) icon before choosing your email template.
