How to set it up
Go to Settings → Automation Centre
Click Add Automation
Enter the workflow name:
Booking Confirmation – CustomerConfigure the automation:
Trigger: When a lead is converted to job
Action: Send customer → Email
Email template: Booking Confirmation
Timing: Immediately
Click Add Workflow
When setting up this automation, make sure you select the Gmail (📩) icon before choosing your email template.
