What this automation does
This automation automatically sends a Booking Confirmation email to the customer as soon as a job is created in Movermate.
It confirms the booking details immediately and gives customers confidence that their move is locked in.

Timing
Sent immediately, or can be customised to send after a short delay (for example, 2–5 minutes, or any custom time).
This ensures customers receive confirmation at the right time without any manual follow-up.
How to set it up
Go to Settings → Automation Centre
Click Add Automation
Enter the workflow name:
Booking Confirmation Email (Job Created)Configure the automation:
Trigger: When a Job is created
Action: Send customer → Email
Email template: Booking Confirmation
Timing: Immediately or customise as required
Click Add Workflow
When setting up this automation, make sure you select the Gmail (📩) icon before choosing your email template.
