What this automation does
This automation automatically sends a Booking Reservation email to the customer as soon as a lead is marked as Won in Movermate.
It confirms the booking instantly, reassures the customer, and reduces the risk of drop-offs after verbal or written acceptance.

Send an email to the customer
Uses the Booking Reservation email template
Timing
Sent immediately, or can be customised to send after a short delay (for example, 2–5 minutes, or any custom time).
This ensures customers receive confirmation promptly while allowing flexibility based on your internal workflow.
How to set it up
Go to Settings → Automation Centre
Click Add Automation
Enter the workflow name:
Booking Reservation – Customer ConfirmationConfigure the automation:
Trigger: When a lead has a status of Won
Action: Send customer → Email
Email template: Booking Reservation
Timing: Immediately or customise as required
Click Add Workflow
When setting up this automation, make sure you select the Gmail (📩) icon before choosing your email template.
