How to set it up
Go to Settings → Automation Centre
Click Add Automation
Enter the workflow name:
Crew Job Assignment ReminderConfigure the automation:
Trigger: When a job has a status of Assigned
Action: Send assigned crew → Email
Email template: Job Assignment Reminder
Timing: 1 day ahead of the job date
Click Add Workflow
When setting up this automation, make sure you select the Gmail (📩) icon before choosing your email template.
