What this automation does
This automation automatically sends a Move Day Reminder email to customers 7 days before their scheduled move once the job is assigned.

How to set it up
Go to Settings → Automation Centre
Click Add Automation
Enter the workflow name:
Move Day Reminder – 7 Days OutConfigure the automation:
Trigger: When a job has a status of Assigned
Action: Send customer → Email
Email template: 7 Days Reminder
Timing: 7 days ahead of the job date
Click Add Workflow
When setting up this automation, make sure you select the Gmail (📩) icon before choosing your email template.
