Move Day Reminder – 1 Day Out

What this automation does

This automation automatically sends a Move Day Reminder email to the customer 1 day before their scheduled move once the job status is Assigned.
It helps customers feel confident and prepared, reduces last-minute questions, and ensures a smoother move-day experience.

How the automation works

Trigger
When a job has a status of Assigned

Action
Send an email to the customer
Uses the 1 Day Reminder email template

Timing
Sent 1 day ahead of the job date
(The timing can be customised to suit your workflow.)

How to set it up

  1. Go to Settings → Automation Centre

  2. Click Add Automation

  3. Enter the workflow name:
    Move Day Reminder – 1 Day Out

  4. Configure the automation:

    • Trigger: When a job has a status of Assigned

    • Action: Send customer → Email

    • Email template: 1 Day Reminder

    • Timing: 1 day ahead of the job date

  5. Click Add Workflow


When setting up this automation, ensure you select the Gmail (📩) icon before choosing your email template.
