What this automation does
This automation automatically sends a Move Day Reminder email to the customer 1 day before their scheduled move once the job status is Assigned.
It helps customers feel confident and prepared, reduces last-minute questions, and ensures a smoother move-day experience.

Sent 1 day ahead of the job date

How to set it up
Go to Settings → Automation Centre
Click Add Automation
Enter the workflow name:
Move Day Reminder – 1 Day OutConfigure the automation:
Trigger: When a job has a status of Assigned
Action: Send customer → Email
Email template: 1 Day Reminder
Timing: 1 day ahead of the job date
Click Add Workflow
When setting up this automation, ensure you select the Gmail (📩) icon before choosing your email template.
