Movermate’s Tracking Module allows businesses to monitor job progress and crew locations in real time using geofencing technology. The system provides accurate job statuses, real-time updates, and detailed tracking history.
Accessing the Tracking Module
To track jobs or crew members:
Go to Tracking from the left sidebar.
The tracking page has two sections:
Jobs: Displays all jobs (Completed, In Transit, Not Started).
Crew: Shows only team leaders who are actively working on jobs.
Tracking Jobs
Movermate automatically maps pickup locations for scheduled jobs.
Viewing Job Details
You can view job details in multiple ways:
Click on a job from the left panel.
Click on a map point to open a job details pop-up.
The pop-up displays job details with two options:
View Job – Opens the Job Details Page.
Track Job – Opens the job tracking timeline.
Use the filters to refine job results based on status, type, or date range.
The default view shows jobs for the current day, but you can switch to:
Day View
Week View
Month View
Job Details Page
The Job Details Page provides an in-depth look at a specific job, including:
1. Time Log (Job Timeline)
Displays each job phase:
On the Way – Crew en route to the pickup location.
Arrived at Job Address – Crew has reached the pickup site.
In Transit – Moving to the next address.
Completed – Job finished.
Timeline updates are powered by geofencing for accuracy.
2. Crew Details
Shows assigned team leaders and their real-time status.
Displays crew members’ contact details and a Message button for quick communication.
3. Customer Details
Displays customer information, including:
Phone number (with a messaging option).
Email address.
Job type and size.
Tracking Crew Members
Only team leaders assigned to jobs can be tracked.
How Tracking Works
Tracking starts when the crew clicks "On the Way" in the mobile app.
Status updates automatically as the crew moves between locations using geofencing.
Tracking ends when the job is marked Completed.
Tracking via the Crew Tab
Lists all team leaders and their current statuses.
Click on a leader to view their real-time location and job progress.
