How to View and Manage Your Jobs in the MoverMate Crew App

The MoverMate Crew App allows you to efficiently view, accept, and manage jobs assigned to you. Follow the steps below to navigate through your job list and track your progress.

1. Viewing Your Assigned Jobs

  • Open the MoverMate Crew App and log in.

  • Navigate to the Home tab.

  • You will see three sections: Today, Upcoming, and Completed.

  • Tap on a job to view its details, including customer contact information, job location, and assigned team members.

2. Accepting or Declining a Job (If Enabled by the Company)

  • If the company allows, you may have the option to accept or decline a job.

  • Navigate to the Upcoming tab to find pending job offers.

  • Tap Accept to confirm the job or Decline if you cannot take it.

3. Viewing Job Details

Once a job is accepted, you can access the following details:

  • Customer Contact Information – Call or message the customer directly from the app.

  • Location Details – View the pickup and drop-off addresses.

  • Job Overview – Check the job date, preferred time slot, estimated start and end times.

  • Estimate Tab – View and edit job charges.

  • Media Tab – Upload or review photos and documents related to the job.

  • Sign Tab – Complete necessary digital signatures, including Terms and Conditions, Onsite Safety Risk Assessment, Pre-Move, and Post-Move acknowledgments.

  • Inventory Tab – Access and update the itemized list for the move.

4. Starting and Tracking Job Time

  • Once you leave the depot, tap On the Way to update your job status.

  • Upon arrival at the pickup location, tap Start Job to begin.

  • If you take a break, tap Pause, then Resume when returning.

  • When the job is complete, tap Finish to log the completion.

5. Logging Job Time & Adjustments

  • After finishing, a time tracking screen will appear.

  • The system will automatically log the job start and end times.

  • If needed, adjust the recorded time manually.

  • If the total hours are less than the minimum charge, the system will apply the minimum job duration automatically.

6. Invoice & Payment Collection

Once the job is completed, an invoice summary will be displayed, listing all charges. Tap Next to proceed with payment collection.

Available Payment Methods:

Card Payment

  • Select Card Payment.

  • You will have two options:

    • Tap to Pay (if the card is present).

    • Enter Card Details Manually (you can scan the card if you don’t want to enter details manually).

  • Tap Submit to process the payment.

Bank Transfer

  • The customer must transfer the payment using the provided BSB number, account name, and account number.

  • They must upload a screenshot of the payment confirmation before submitting.

  • Once uploaded, tap Submit to finalize the transaction.

Cash Payment

  • Collect cash from the customer.

  • Confirm the amount received.

  • Tap Submit to complete the transaction.

Invoice Payment

  • If the customer chooses to pay later via invoice, ensure their email address is correct.

  • Tap Submit to send the invoice.

By following these steps, you can efficiently view, manage, and complete your assigned jobs in the MoverMate Crew App.
