Adding photos in the Movermate Crew App helps document important job details, ensuring transparency and smooth communication. Follow these steps to upload a photo:
1. Access the Media Section
Log in to the Movermate Crew App.
Open the job for which you want to add a photo.
Go to the "Media" tab in the job details.
2. Upload a Photo
Tap the "+" icon to upload media.
You will see two options:
Choose Photo – Select an existing image from your phone's gallery.
Take a Photo – Capture a new image using your camera.
After selecting or taking a photo, proceed to the next step.
3. Categorize the Photo
A pop-up will prompt you to choose a category:
Pre-Move – Before the moving process begins.
Post-Move – After the job is completed.
Claims – For damage or loss documentation.
Survey – For inspection or assessment purposes.
Tap the appropriate category to classify the photo.
4. Save and Upload
Once categorized, the image will be attached to the job.
You can view uploaded photos in the Media tab anytime.
By following these steps, movers can efficiently document job progress, protect against disputes, and maintain organized records.
