The Onsite Safety Risk Assessment feature in the Movermate Crew App ensures that all potential safety risks are evaluated and documented at different job locations before starting the move.
Steps to Complete the Onsite Safety Risk Assessment
1. Access the Risk Assessment
Log in to the Movermate Crew App.
Open the assigned job and go to the "Sign" tab.
Tap on "Onsite Safety Risk Assessment".
2. Select the Location for Assessment
You will see a list of locations for the job, such as:
Tap on the location where you are conducting the assessment.
3. Evaluate the Predefined Safety Risks
A list of predefined risks (set by the admin) will appear.
For each risk, select the risk level:
If additional risks are identified, manually add them to the list.
4. Describe Actions Taken
For each identified risk, enter a description of the actions taken to mitigate it (e.g., "Using proper lifting techniques", "Cleared the access path").
5. Submit the Assessment
Review all risk assessments to ensure accuracy.
Tap Submit to finalize and save the assessment.
Note:
The assessment must be completed for each location before proceeding with the move.
The risk assessment report is automatically attached to the job records for future reference.
