The Pre-Move and Post-Move Checklists in the Movermate Crew App ensure that all essential tasks are completed before and after the move. These checklists help in maintaining efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction while ensuring proper documentation.

Completing the Pre-Move Checklist in the Crew App

1. Access the Pre-Move Checklist

  1. Log in to the Movermate Crew App.

  2. Open the assigned job and navigate to the "Sign" tab.

  3. Tap on "Pre-Move" to access the checklist.

2. Complete the Pre-Move Checklist

  1. The app will display a list of pre-defined tasks added by the admin (e.g., "Verify Access Path", "Check Equipment Condition").

  2. Review and mark each item as completed by tapping the checkbox next to it.

  3. If required, add notes for documentation.

3. Obtain Customer Signature

  1. Hand the device to the customer for their review.

  2. The customer signs electronically to confirm that the pre-move checklist has been completed.

  3. Tap Submit to save and finalize the checklist.

Note: The Pre-Move Checklist must be completed before starting the job.

Completing the Post-Move Checklist in the Crew App

1. Access the Post-Move Checklist

  1. Open the assigned job and go to the "Sign" tab".

  2. Tap on "Post-Move" to access the checklist.

2. Complete the Post-Move Checklist

  1. The checklist will display all necessary tasks to be completed after the move (e.g., "Inspect Property for Damage", "Clean Work Area", "Confirm Customer Satisfaction").

  2. Mark each task as completed after verification.

  3. Add any notes if required for records.

3. Obtain Customer Signature

  1. Hand the device to the customer for their review.

  2. The customer signs electronically to confirm that the move was completed to their satisfaction.

  3. Tap Submit to save the checklist and finalize the job.

Note: The Post-Move Checklist must be completed before closing the job.
