In this section, you'll learn how to enable important settings that allow you to create a Pre-Move Checklist for your crew app. This checklist ensures that all essential tasks are completed before the moving job begins, promoting a smooth and safe process.
Access the Pre-Move Checklist Settings
Log in to MoverMate CRM.
Navigate to the Settings menu in your CRM dashboard.
Under the Checklist section, find and click on Pre-Move Checklist.
Add New Pre-Move Checklist Items
Click on "Add Checklist" to create a new checklist item.
For each item, provide a clear and descriptive name (e.g., "Verify Access Path", "Check Equipment Condition", "Confirm Property Hazards").
Optionally, set the checklist item as Mandatory by toggling the Mandatory switch. This ensures that crew members must complete these tasks before proceeding with the job.
Save the Pre-Move Checklist
After entering each item, click Save to finalise the Pre-Move Checklist.
This checklist will now be available for crew members to review and complete during their job.
