In this section, you'll learn how to enable important settings that allow you to create a Post-Move Checklist for your crew app. This checklist ensures that all essential tasks are completed after the moving job is finished, promoting a smooth and safe process.
Access the Post-Move Checklist Settings
Log in to MoverMate CRM.
Navigate to the Settings menu in your CRM dashboard.
Under the Checklist section, find and click on Post-Move Checklist.
Add New Post-Move Checklist Items
Click on "Add Checklist Item" to create a new checklist item.
For each item, provide a clear and descriptive name (e.g., "Inspect Property for Damage", "Clean Work Area", "Confirm Customer Satisfaction").
Optionally, set the checklist item as Mandatory by toggling the Mandatory switch. This ensures that crew members must complete these tasks before finalizing the job.
Save the Post-Move Checklist
After entering each item, click Save to finalize the Post-Move Checklist.
This checklist will now be available for crew members to review and complete after their job is done.
Edit or Delete Post-Move Checklist Items (If Required)
To edit or delete a checklist item, simply click the Edit or Delete icon next to the item.
Make any necessary changes or confirm deletion, then click Save to update the checklist.
Confirm the deletion.
