To convert a lead into a job in MoverMate CRM, follow the steps below:
Convert Lead Using Suggested Actions
Open the Lead Summary
Navigate to the Leads section and select the lead you want to convert into a job.Click on Suggested Action
In the lead summary, under the Suggested Actions section, click the Book Now button.Confirm Booking
A popup will appear. Click Confirm to finalize the conversion of the lead into a job.
Note: This action will only be suggested if an estimate is created.
Convert Lead Using the Action Button
Open the Lead Summary
Navigate to the Leads section and click on the lead you want to convert into a job.Click on the Action Button
In the lead summary, click on the Action Button (typically located at the top right).
Select "Confirm Booking"
From the dropdown menu, select the Confirm Booking option.
Confirm the Job Conversion
A popup will appear. Click Confirm to convert the lead into a job.
Once confirmed, the lead will be successfully converted into a job in MoverMate CRM.
