Movermate allows you to convert an approved lead into a job in just a few clicks. You can convert a lead using Suggested Actions or through the Actions dropdown inside the Lead Summary.
Convert Lead Using Suggested Actions
Open the Lead Summary
The Lead Summary will populate all relevant details, including job information, estimate, and activity logs.
Locate Book Now
In the Suggested Actions panel on the right side, locate and select Book Now.
Confirm Booking
A confirmation popup will appear. Select Yes to complete the conversion.
The system will now convert the lead into a job.
Note: Book Now appears only when an estimate exists for the lead.
Converting a Lead Using the Actions Button
Open the Lead Summary
Navigate to the Leads section and click on the lead you want to convert into a job.Click on the Action Button
In the lead summary, click on the Action Button located at the top right.Select "Book Now"
From the dropdown menu, select the Book Now option.
Confirm the Job Conversion
A popup will appear. Click Yes to convert the lead into a job.
After Conversion
The lead becomes an active job.
All lead information, including estimate details, automatically carries over.
You can continue with scheduling, assigning crew, and managing job-related actions.
