How to Add a Follow-Up in Movermate CRM

Adding follow-ups helps you stay on track with customer communication and ensures no lead is missed. Follow these steps to add a follow-up for any lead in Movermate:

Open the Lead Summary

  • Navigate to the Leads section from the left-side menu.

  • Open the lead from the table for which you want to add a follow-up.

  • This will take you to the lead’s summary.

Navigate to the Suggested Actions Panel.

  • On the right-hand side of the lead summary screen, locate the Suggested Actions area.

  • Click the Actions dropdown to view all available actions you can perform for the selected lead

    Select “Add Follow Up”

  • From the dropdown menu, click Add Follow Up.

  • A follow-up sidesheet will slide in from the right.

    Enter the Follow-Up Details

    In the follow-up panel:

  • Select the follow-up date and time.

  • dd a description or reminder note explaining the purpose of the follow-up.

    Providing clear notes helps you and your team understand the context later.

Save the Follow-Up

  • Click Add Follow Up to save the entry.

  • The follow-up is now successfully added to the lead.

Review in Activity Log

  • Your newly added follow-up will appear in the Activity Log, allowing you to easily track all interactions and scheduled actions for that lead.

Note: Ensure browser notifications are enabled so you receive follow-up alerts promptly. Movermate will send you a reminder at the scheduled date and time.
