Adding follow-up reminders for leads in Movermate CRM is simple. Follow these steps to schedule and manage follow-ups:
Open the Lead Summary
Navigate to the Leads section and click on the lead you want to schedule a follow-up for.
Access the Activity Log
In the lead summary, click on the Activity Log tab to access the lead's history and actions.
Schedule a Follow-Up
Send the Follow-Up
After filling in the details, click Add to save the follow-up reminder.
Reminder Notifications
The follow-up reminder will be added to the Activity Log, and the system will send a notification at the scheduled time to keep you informed.
Note: Ensure that browser notifications are enabled to receive these alerts on time.
