Adding follow-up reminders for leads in MoverMate CRM is simple. Follow these steps to schedule and manage follow-ups:

  1. Open the Lead Summary

    • Navigate to the Leads section and click on the lead you want to schedule a follow-up for.

  2. Access the Activity Log

    • In the lead summary, click on the Activity Log tab to access the lead's history and actions.

  3. Schedule a Follow-Up

    • Click the Schedule Follow-Up button in the Activity Log section.

    • Select the Next Follow-Up Date and Time for the reminder.

    • Enter any Note or additional message you want to include with the follow-up reminder.

  4. Send the Follow-Up

    • After filling in the details, click Add to save the follow-up reminder.

  5. Reminder Notifications

    • The follow-up reminder will be added to the Activity Log, and the system will send a notification at the scheduled time to keep you informed.

Note: Ensure that browser notifications are enabled to receive these alerts on time.
