By connecting your online form (WPForms, Gravity Forms, Typeform, JotForm, etc.) to MoverMate via Integrately, you can automate the creation of leads or jobs in your CRM—eliminating manual data entry and streamlining your workflow. Follow these steps to set up your integration.
Prerequisites
Online Form: A live form on your website that collects essential details (e.g., Name, Email, Phone, Pickup/Drop-off Locations, Moving Date).
MoverMate CRM Account: With integration features enabled.
Integrately Account: To build and manage your automation workflow.
MoverMate API Token: Generated from the MoverMate Apps Integration settings.
Generate Your MoverMate API Token
Log In to MoverMate: Sign in to your CRM account.
Access Integration Settings: Navigate to Settings → Apps Integration.
Generate Token: Follow the prompts to generate your API token and copy it.
Keep your token secure for future use.
Set Up the Trigger in Integrately
Create a New Integration: Log in to Integrately and click Create Integration.
Select Your Form App as the Trigger:
Choose your form builder (e.g., WPForms, Gravity Forms, Typeform, JotForm, etc.) as the trigger app.
Select the trigger event (e.g., “New Form Submission”).
Connect Your Form App:
Follow the authentication steps to connect your form builder to Integrately.
Run a test submission to ensure Integrately successfully captures the form data.
Configure the MoverMate Action in Integrately
Add an Action Step: In your integration workflow, click Add Action and select MoverMate as the action app.
Select Action Event:
Choose Create Lead if you want to automatically add a new lead.
Choose Create Job if you prefer to create a job directly.
Authenticate MoverMate:
Paste your MoverMate API token when prompted.
Test the connection to verify successful authentication.
Map Form Fields to MoverMate
Field Mapping:
Map each field from your form submission (e.g., Name, Email, Phone, Pickup/Drop-off Location, etc.) to the corresponding field in MoverMate.
Data Transformation (Optional):
Use Integrately’s built-in data transformation tools to reformat data if needed (for example, converting date formats or splitting a full name into first and last names).
Set Default Values:
Optionally, assign a static value (e.g., “Lead Source: Website Form”) to help track the origin of the lead.
Test and Activate Your Integration
Run a Test Submission: Trigger your integration with sample form data.
Verify in MoverMate: Log in to your CRM to confirm that a new lead or job is created with accurate details.
Activate the Integration: Once testing is successful, deploy your integration in Integrately to automate all future form submissions.
