By connecting your online form (WPForms, Gravity Forms, Typeform, JotForm, etc.) to Movermate via Zapier, you can automatically create leads or jobs in your CRM. This guide explains how to set up the integration, map form fields to Movermate, and activate the workflow—all without manual data entry.
Prerequisites
Online Form: A live form on your website collecting the necessary details (e.g., Name, Email, Phone, Pickup/Drop-off Locations, etc.).
Movermate CRM Account: With the appropriate integration plan enabled.
Zapier Account: To build and manage your automation workflow.
Movermate API Token: Generated from your Movermate Apps Integration settings.
Generate Your Movermate API Token
Log In to MoverMate: Sign in to your CRM account.
Access Integration Settings: Navigate to Settings → Apps Integration.
Connect Zapier: Click on the option to connect Zapier and generate your API token.
Copy and Secure: Copy the token and store it safely for later use in Zapier.
Set Up the Trigger in Zapier
Create a New Zap: Log in to Zapier and click Create Zap.

Configure the MoverMate Action in Zapier
Add Action Step:
Click the + button and choose MoverMate as the action app.
Select Action Event:
Choose Create Lead or Create Job depending on your workflow.
Connect MoverMate:
Map Form Fields to MoverMate
Field Mapping:
In the Zapier action setup, map the fields from your form submission to the corresponding MoverMate fields (e.g., “Name” to “First Name,” “Email” to “Email,” etc.).
Data Conversion (If Needed):
Use Zapier’s Formatter tool to reformat dates or split a full name into first and last names if required by MoverMate.
Set Additional Details:
Optionally, define a static value for fields like “Lead Source” (e.g., “Website Form”) to help track the origin of the lead.
Test and Activate Your Zap
Send a Test Submission:
Zapier will prompt you to send test data through your workflow.
Verify in MoverMate:
Log into your MoverMate CRM and confirm that a new lead or job has been created with the correct details.
Activate Your Zap:
Once testing is successful, turn on your Zap to enable real-time automation for all new form submissions.
