Creating an account on Movermate is a simple and seamless process. Follow these steps to set up your account and start managing your moving business efficiently. You can get started using Start Free Trial or request an assisted onboarding via Book a Demo.
This guide walks you through both options and the full business profile setup.
1. Register on Movermate
You can begin from the Movermate homepage using either option below:
Option A: Start Free Trial (Instant Registration)
Visit the Movermate Website and click on Start Free Trial.
Fill in all the required fields, including your name, email address, username, and password, then click Register.
Check your inbox for a verification email.
Open the email and click Complete Your Registration. This will take you directly to the Business Profile Setup screen.
Option B: Book a Demo (Assisted Onboarding Flow)
If you prefer a walkthrough before signing up, you can also request a demo.
1. On the Movermate homepage, click Book a Demo.
2. Fill in all the required fields, including your Name, Email address, and Phone number, then click Submit.
3. Upon submission, you will be redirected to the scheduling screen to choose your demo slot and confirm your date, time, and time zone (for example, Brisbane Time) and click Next.
4. After selecting your preferred date and time, the system displays a confirmation screen. Here, you can enter your name and email, choose the meeting platform (Google Meet or Microsoft Teams), add any guests or meeting notes, and then click Schedule Event to complete the booking.
A confirmation screen will appear, and the Demo will be scheduled.
Complete Business Profile Setup
Follow these steps to enter your business details:
1. Enter Business Details
Business Name – Enter your company name.
Address – Provide your business address.
Upload a Business Logo (Optional) – Drag & Drop or choose a file to upload your company logo.
Click Next to proceed.
2. Provide Contact Information
Business Phone Number – Enter your business phone number.
Business Email – This will be pre-filled based on your registration.
Website URL (Optional) – If your business has a website, add it here.
ABN (Australian Business Number) – Required if your business is registered in Australia.
Click Next to proceed.
3. Select Preferences
Website Platform – Choose the platform where your website is hosted (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
Timezone – Set the timezone for your business.
Accounting Software – Select the software you use (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
Payment Provider – Choose your preferred payment gateway (e.g., Stripe, Square).
Click Finish to complete the setup.
Account Activation & Overview Video
Once you complete the setup, Movermate will finalize your account.

A loading screen will appear with the message "Please wait while we create your account...".
2. Movermate Overview Video
After the setup is complete, an overview video will be displayed. This video provides a walkthrough of the Movermate CRM, covering key workflows, features, and how to navigate the platform.
The video includes:
How to manage leads and jobs
Tracking and scheduling
Customer communication tools
Invoices, payments, and reporting
This helps new users get familiar with the system before accessing their dashboard.
3. Continue to Dashboard
Once the video ends (or is skipped), the "Your account is ready!" message will appear. Click Continue to access your Movermate dashboard and start managing your moving business.
