Integrating Stripe with MoverMate allows you to handle online payments and financial transactions seamlessly within your CRM. This guide provides a detailed walkthrough, ensuring you can easily set up and manage your Stripe integration for secure payment processing.
Access the Apps Integration Section
Log In: Sign in to your MoverMate CRM account.
Open Integrations: On the left-hand sidebar, go to Settings. Under General Settings, select App Integration (or Apps Integration).
Connect Stripe to MoverMate
Stripe Tile: Look for the Stripe tile in the Apps Integration list.
Click “Connect” or Enable Stripe: Depending on your MoverMate version, you will see a “Connect” a toggle. Click it to initiate the connection.
Allow Access: A pop-up will appear requesting permission for MoverMate to access your Stripe account (e.g., creating payments, viewing transaction history, etc.). Click Allow Access to proceed.
Sign In or Create Your Stripe Account
Stripe Setup Page: You’ll be redirected to a Stripe page titled something like “Movermate partners with Stripe for secure payments.”
Existing Stripe Account: If you have one, log in with your existing credentials.
New Stripe Account: If not, follow the on-screen instructions to create an account. You’ll need to provide business details, bank info, and a contact email.
Submit: Once completed, click Submit to finalize the connection.
Confirm Successful Integration
Return to MoverMate: After submitting, you’ll be brought back to the MoverMate Apps Integration page.
Connected Status: The Stripe tile should now indicate it’s Connected or Enabled.
Disconnect Option: If you need to disable the integration later, click Disconnect and confirm.
Manage Payments in MoverMate
Create & Manage Payments: Handle payments for your services directly within MoverMate.
Transaction History: Access records of your Stripe transactions through both Stripe and MoverMate.
