How to Enable Tap to Pay in Movermate CRM

Accepting contactless payments has never been easier with Movermate's integrated Tap to Pay feature. By connecting your Stripe account directly through the Movermate CRM, you can streamline payment collection and enhance the customer experience.

Follow this step-by-step guide to activate Tap to Pay and start accepting payments

seamlessly.

Step 1: Log in to Your Movermate Account

If you already have a Movermate account, begin by logging in through the Movermate CRM portal. Make sure you have administrative access to modify payment settings.

Step 2: Navigate to the In-App Integration Section

  1. Once logged in, head to the Settings tab.

  2. Under Settings, select In-App Integrations.

  3. Find the Stripe Integration option and click Connect.

Step 3: Connect Your Stripe Account

  1. You'll be redirected to the Stripe login page.

  2. Enter your Stripe credentials and authorize the connection.

  3. Once connected, you’ll see a confirmation message indicating that Stripe has been successfully integrated with your Movermate account.

Step 4: Configure Tap to Pay in the App

With your Stripe account linked, the Tap to Pay feature will be automatically configured in the Movermate App. To finalize the setup:

  1. Open the Movermate App on your iPhone.

  2. Navigate to the Payments section.

  3. Click on Tap to Pay.

Step 5: Accept Terms and Conditions

Before using Tap to Pay for the first time:

  1. Review the Terms and Conditions displayed in the app.

  2. Click Accept to agree to the terms.

Step 6: Start Using Tap to Pay

Once the terms are accepted, you can start collecting payments:

  1. After completing a job, go to the Payments section.

  2. Select Tap to Pay.

  3. Present your iPhone to the customer.

  4. The customer holds their contactless card horizontally at the top of your iPhone over the contactless symbol.

  5. Once the approved green checkmark appears, the payment is complete.
