Integrating Xero with Movermate allows you to synchronize financial data, streamline accounting, and manage transactions more efficiently. Follow these steps to connect your Xero account with Movermate.
Access Integration Settings in Movermate
Log In: Sign in to your Movermate CRM account.
Navigate to Settings: Click on Settings in the left-hand sidebar.
Open Apps Integration: Under the General Settings or Integration section, locate Apps Integration.
Locate and Connect Xero
Find Xero: In the list of available integrations, look for Xero.
Click “Connect”: Click the connect button or toggle next to Xero to initiate the connection process.
Authorize Xero Access
Sign In to Xero: You’ll be redirected to Xero’s login page. Enter your Xero credentials.
Grant Permissions: Review the permissions MoverMate requires (e.g., access to invoices, bank transactions, and contacts) and click Allow to authorize.
Return to MoverMate: Once authorized, you’ll be redirected back to MoverMate, confirming that Xero is now connected.
Verify and Configure Integration
Confirmation: Check that Xero appears as “Connected” or “Enabled” in your MoverMate integrations list.
Adjust Settings (Optional): Configure any additional settings such as syncing frequency, default mapping for transactions, or invoice settings as required.
