How to Take an Inventory List from a Customer in MoverMate CRM

To gather an inventory list from your customer, you have a few options in MoverMate CRM. Below are the steps for each method:

Note: The customer will click the inventory link and fill the inventory and submit.

Send Inventory Link from the Action Button (1st Option)

  1. Open the Lead Summary
    Navigate to the Leads section and select the lead you want to send the inventory link to.

  2. Click on the Action Button
    In the lead summary, click the Action Button (usually located at the top right).

  3. Select "Send Inventory Link"
    Choose Send Inventory Link from the dropdown options. This will open an email popup with the Inventory Email Template automatically populated.

  4. Click Send
    After reviewing the email, click Send to send the inventory link to your customer.

Send Inventory Link from the Inventory Tab (2nd option)

  1. Navigate to the Inventory Tab
    In the lead summary, click on the Inventory tab.

  2. Click "Add Inventory"
    Once you're in the inventory section, click Add Inventory to create the inventory list.

  3. Send Inventory Link
    On the top right corner of the Inventory page, click Send Inventory Link. This will generate an email with the inventory link for your customer.

Send Inventory Email from the Activity Log (3rd option)

  1. Open the Activity Log
    In the lead summary, go to the Activity Log section.

  2. Select the Inventory Email Template
    From the available templates, select the Inventory Email Template.

  3. Send the Email
    After selecting the template, click Send to email the inventory link to the customer.
