To gather an inventory list from your customer, MoverMate provides multiple flexible options. Customers receive an inventory link, complete their inventory online, and submit it back to you for review.
Note: Customers can complete and submit the inventory themselves using the link provided.
Send Inventory Link from the Action Button
Open the Lead Summary
Navigate to the Leads section from the left-hand sidebar.Select the relevant lead to open the Lead Summary page.
Click on the Action Button
Click the Action button (top-right of the Lead Summary).Select Send Inventory Link from the dropdown.
Select "Send Inventory Link"
An email popup will open with the Inventory Email Template pre-filled.Review the email and click Send.
The customer will receive a link to complete their inventory online.

Send Inventory Link from the Inventory Tab
Navigate to the Inventory Tab
Open the Lead Summary.Click the Inventory tab.
Click Add Inventory to open the inventory screen.
In the top-right corner of the Inventory page, click Send Inventory Link.
This will automatically generate an email containing the inventory link for the customer.
Send Inventory Email from the Activity Log
Open the Activity Log
Open the Lead Summary.Go to the Activity Log tab.
Select the Inventory Email Template from the available templates.
Click Send to email the inventory link to the customer.
Send Inventory Link via Create Lead Flow
You can also send an inventory link while creating a lead directly from the Lead Summary table.
From the Lead Summary table, click Create Lead.
Enter the mandatory details:
First Name
Job Type
Click Add Inventory.
You will be redirected to the Inventory page.
In the top-right corner, click Send Link to send the inventory link to the customer.
This option is useful when you want to quickly create a lead and immediately request inventory details.
Using inventory links allows customers to accurately list their items at their convenience, helping you generate more precise quotes and plan jobs more effectively.
