How to Send Emails from Movermate CRM

Movermate CRM allows you to send emails to customers, leads, and team members directly from the platform. You can send emails from two main sections: Activity Logs (within Leads or Jobs) and Communication > Emails. Follow the steps below to send an email effectively.


Sending Emails from Activity Logs (Lead/Job Details Page)

This method allows you to send emails directly from a lead or job’s details page.

Steps to Send an Email from Activity Logs

  1. Go to the "Leads" or "Jobs" Section

    • Navigate to the left sidebar and click on Leads or Jobs.

    • Select a specific lead or job where you want to send an email.

  2. Open the "Activity Logs" Tab

    Click on the Activity Logs tab within the lead or job details.

  3. Click on "Email"

    Locate the Email button and click on it.

  4. Select "From" Email and Recipient

    • The From email address will be auto-populated with the default company email.

    • If the lead or job already has an email address saved, the To field will also be auto-populated.

  5. Choose a Template or Type a Custom Email

    You can select a predefined email template from the dropdown or type a custom email.

  6. Attach Files (If Needed)

    Click "Attachments" to upload and attach files to the email.

  7. Send the Email

    • Click Send to dispatch the email.

    • The email will now appear in the activity log for future reference.


Sending Emails from the Communication Module (Emails Section)

This method allows you to send and manage email conversations under the Communication module.

Steps to Send an Email from the Emails Section

  1. Go to the "Emails" Section

    Click on Communication > Emails from the left sidebar.

  2. Start a New Email

    Click the "Compose" button at the top to start a new email.

  3. Enter the Recipient’s Email

    • Type the recipient’s email address.

    • You can also enter CC or BCC recipients if needed.

  4. Select the "From" Email Address

    Choose which company email the email will be sent from.

  5. Enter the Subject and Message

    • Add the email subject.

    • Type the email body in the text box.

  6. Attach Files (If Needed)

    Click "Attach files" to upload relevant documents.

  7. Send the Email

    • Click Send to deliver the email.

    • The email will now appear in the sent messages for tracking.
