Generate Your Movermate API Token
Log in to Movermate
Navigate to Settings → Apps Integration
Click to connect Zapier and generate your API token
Copy and store the token securely for use in Zapier
Set Up the Trigger in Zapier
Log in to Zapier and click Create Zap
Search for Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger app
Select Catch Hook as the trigger event
Click Continue
Copy the Webhook URL provided by Zapier
Configure Elementor Webhook
Open your page in the Elementor Editor
Click the Form Widget
Go to Content → Actions After Submit
Click the ( + ) icon and select Webhook
Paste the Zapier Webhook URL
Click Update to save and publish
Configure the Movermate Action in Zapier
In Zapier, click + to add an action and Search Movermate
Select Create Lead or Create Job
Paste your Movermate API Token
Click add account to continue then
Map Form Fields to Movermate
Map Elementor fields to Movermate fields, for example:
Name → First Name / Last Name
Email → Email
Phone → Phone
Pickup Address → Pickup Address
Lead Source → Website FormClick continue
Test and Activate Your Zap
Submit a test entry using your Elementor form
Confirm the lead/job appears in Movermate
Turn on your Zap to enable automation
