If your website quote or lead form is built using Gravity Forms, you can connect it to Movermate via Zapier to automatically create leads or jobs in your CRM. This guide explains how to enable webhooks in Gravity Forms, connect Zapier, and map your form fields to Movermate for seamless automation—eliminating manual data entry.
Generate Your Movermate API Token
Log in to Movermate
Navigate to Settings → Apps Integration
Click to connect Zapier and generate your API token
Copy and store the token securely for use in Zapier
Set Up the Trigger in Zapier
Log in to Zapier and click Create Zap
Search for Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger app
Select Catch Hook as the trigger event
Click Continue
Copy the Webhook URL provided by Zapier
Enable Webhooks in Gravity Forms
Quick Check
Go to Forms → Settings.
If you see a Webhooks tab, skip to Create the Feed below.
If Webhooks Tab Is Missing
Go to Forms → Add-Ons
Find Webhooks Add-On and Click Install
And then Activate the Webhooks tab will now appear
Create the Webhook Feed in Gravity Forms
Go to Forms and open your Quote/Lead form
Click Settings → Webhooks
Click Add New
Configure the feed: Request URL: Paste Zapier Webhook URL
Click Save Settings
Map Fields to Movermate in Zapier
In Zapier, add a new action step:Search for Movermate
Select Create Lead or Create Job
Authenticate using your Movermate API Token
Click add account to continue then
Map fields, for example:
First Name → Gravity Forms Name fieldPickup Address → Gravity Forms Origin field
Email → Gravity Forms Email field
Click continue
Send a test submission
Confirm the lead/job appears in Movermate
And then publish your Zap
