Job Sheet Link Guide for Crew

The Movermate Job Sheet Link is designed to help drivers and offsiders efficiently manage their assigned moving jobs. This guide will walk you through how to use the job sheet link to complete jobs, contact customers, track job time, and process payments.

Receiving the Job Sheet Link

You will receive a job sheet link from your company. Open this link on your mobile device to access all job details.


Contacting the Company or Customer

  • At the top of the job sheet, you will see a Call Now button. Tap this if you need to contact your company for assistance.

  • You will also see the customer's name, along with a phone icon and a message icon next to it.

    • Tap the phone icon to call the customer.

    • Tap the message icon to send a text message.


Job Details Overview

The Job Overview section includes:

  • Job Date and Start Time

  • Move Size (e.g., 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom move)

  • Furnishing Type (indicating the amount of furniture to be moved)


Location Details & Access Information

  • The Location Details section includes the pickup and drop-off addresses.

  • Tap the dropdown icon to see additional details.

  • Access restrictions such as elevators, steep driveways, or parking instructions will be listed here. Make sure to review these before arrival.


Viewing Assigned Crew & Vehicles

Scroll down to find the Crew section, which includes:

  • The truck assigned to the job

  • The movers assigned to work on this job


Viewing the Job Estimate

  • At the bottom of the screen, you’ll see an estimate for the job.

  • Tap on any category (e.g., "2 MAN + 45 CBM") to view detailed pricing.


Starting & Tracking Job Time

  • Upon arrival at the pickup location, tap Start to begin the job.

  • If you take a break, tap Pause, and when you return, tap Resume.

  • Once the job is completed, tap Finish.


Logging Job Time & Adjustments

  • After finishing the job, a time tracking screen will appear.

  • The system will automatically log the job start and end times.

  • If needed, adjust the time manually.

  • If the total hours are less than the minimum charge, the system will apply the minimum job duration automatically.


Customer Signature & Terms Acceptance

  • The terms and conditions will be displayed.

  • The customer must check the box confirming they accept the terms and conditions.

  • The customer must then sign digitally to confirm job completion.


Invoice & Payment Collection

Once the job is complete, an invoice summary will be displayed, listing all charges.

Tap Next to proceed to payment collection.

Available Payment Methods:

  1. Card Payment

    • Select Card Payment.

    • Enter the customer’s card details.

    • Tap Submit to process the payment.

  2. Bank Transfer

    • The customer must transfer the payment using the provided BSB number, account name, and account number.

    • Before submitting, they must upload a screenshot of the payment confirmation.

    • Once uploaded, tap Submit to finalize the transaction.

  3. Cash Payment

    • Collect the cash from the customer.

    • Confirm the amount received.

    • Tap Submit.

  4. Invoice Payment

    • If the customer chooses to pay later via invoice, ensure their email address is correct.

    • Tap Submit to send the invoice.


Final Payment Reminder

  • Remind the customer that the job remains open until payment is collected.

  • Encourage them to pay immediately to finalize the job.
