Job Summary Overview

The Job Summary page in Movermate provides a complete, centralised view of a job. It brings together customer information, job details, scheduling, inventory, financials, and activity tracking, allowing you to manage every aspect of a job efficiently from one place.

Below is an overview of each section available on the Job Summary page.

Personal Details Section

This section contains:

  • Personal Details

    This section displays the customer’s core contact information:

    • Customer Name

    • Email Address
      If multiple email addresses are saved, this will appear as (+number)

    • Phone Number
      If multiple phone numbers are saved, this will appear as (+number)

    • Job Status

All personal details can be updated at any time by clicking the Edit icon.


Job Details Section

This section displays:

  • Job Details

    The Job Details section outlines the key information related to the move:

    • Job Type (Moving, Packing, or Unpacking)

    • Preferred Time Slot (Morning, Afternoon, or All Day)

    • Moving Date (if applicable)

    • Lead Source (for example, Google Ads or Referral)

    • Move Size (for example, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom)

    • Furnished Type (Lightly Furnished, Fully Furnished)

All fields in this section are fully editable.


Location Details Section

This section shows the addresses associated with the job:

  • Pickup Address

  • Drop-off Address

  • Job Address (used for Packing and Unpacking jobs)

Pickup and drop-off locations can be edited as needed.


Activity Log

The Activity Log keeps a record of all job-related actions and updates, including:

  • Job status changes

  • Internal notes

  • SMS and email communications

  • Payment updates

  • Crew assignments and changes

You can filter the Activity Log to quickly locate specific actions or updates.


Inventory Section

The Inventory section provides a clear view of all items associated with the job:

  • Total Items added

  • Total Volume (displayed in cubic metres)

  • Itemised inventory list (for example, Queen Mattress, Boxes)

Inventory items can be added, edited, or updated as required.


Estimate Section

The Estimate section helps you understand and manage job pricing by showing:

  • Estimated charges

  • Minimum time requirements

  • Detailed cost breakdown

  • Downloadable estimate document

This ensures pricing transparency before and during the job.


Job Schedule

The Job Schedule section outlines when and how the job will be carried out:

  • Location details

  • Schedule details, including:

    • Shift slot

    • Arrival slot

    • Start and end time

    • Additional notes

  • Assigned crew members or subcontractors, including drivers and movers

Crew members and vehicles can be updated or reassigned as required.


Finance Section

The Finance section records all financial activity related to the job:

  • Invoices – View invoice status, amounts, and due dates

  • Payments – Track received payments, methods, and outstanding balances

  • Expenses – Record job-related costs such as wages, fuel, or other expenses

All financial transactions are stored here for accurate tracking and reporting.


Files & Photos

This section allows you to manage job-related documentation:

  • Upload and store important files

  • View pre-move and post-move photos for reference

Photos uploaded by the crew through the Crew App are also saved here, ensuring complete documentation for records or dispute resolution.


Actions & Suggested Actions

  • Actions Button
    Perform key actions such as sending notifications, updating job details, or closing the job.

  • Suggested Actions Panel
    Displays system-recommended next steps based on job progress, such as marking a job as closed once all tasks are completed.


Invoice & Payment Records

This section provides a clear overview of billing and payments:

  • Invoice details, including due date, amount, and status

  • Payment records showing received and pending amounts

This helps you monitor outstanding balances and manage payments efficiently.

The Job Summary page acts as the central workspace for managing jobs in Movermate, helping your team stay organised, informed, and in control throughout the entire job lifecycle.
