The Job Summary page in Movermate provides a comprehensive overview of a job, including customer details, job specifics, financials, inventory, and key actions required to manage the job effectively. Hereโ€™s a breakdown of each section:

Personal Details Section

This section contains:

  • Customer Name

  • Email Address (If multiple emails are added, it will display as (+quantity))

  • Phone Number (If multiple phone numbers are added, it will display as (+quantity))

  • Status

All personal details can be edited by clicking the Edit icon.


Job Details Section

This section displays:

  • Job Type (Moving, Packing, or Unpacking)

  • Preferred Time Slot (Morning, Afternoon, or All Day)

  • Moving Date (if applicable)

  • Lead Source (e.g., Google Ads, Referral)

  • Move Size (e.g., 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom)

  • Furnish Type (Lightly Furnished, Fully Furnished)

Every detail in this section can be edited.


Location Details Section

This section provides:

  • Pickup Address

  • Drop-off Address

  • Job Address (For packing and unpacking Job)

You can edit the pickup and drop-off locations as required.


Activity Log

The Activity Log records all job-related activities, including:

  • Job status updates

  • Internal notes

  • SMS & email communication

  • Payment updates

  • Crew assignments

You can filter logs to quickly find specific actions.


Inventory Section

This section includes:

  • Total items added

  • Total volume (in cubic meters)

  • Itemized inventory breakdown (e.g., Queen Mattress, Boxes)

Users can add or modify inventory as needed.


Estimate Section

This section provides:

  • Estimated charges

  • Minimum time required

  • Breakdown of estimated costs

  • Downloadable estimate file

It ensures transparency in job pricing.


Job Schedule

This section outlines:

  • Location Details

  • Schedule Details (Shift Slot, Arrival Slot, Start Time, End Time, Additional Note)

  • Assigned Crew Members/ Subcontractor (Drivers, Movers)

Movers and trucks can be updated or reassigned.


Finance Section

The Finance tab includes:

  • Invoices โ€“ Displays invoice details, including status, amount, and due date.

  • Payments โ€“ Tracks received payments, method, status, and remaining balance.

  • Expenses โ€“ Records job-related costs such as Employee wages and fuel expenses.

All financial transactions related to the job are recorded here.


Files & Photos

This section allows:

  • Uploading & managing documents

  • Pre-move & post-move photo storage for reference

This ensures proper documentation for dispute resolution and customer records. The photos uploaded by crew from crew app will be recorded in this section as well.


Actions & Suggested Actions

  • Actions Button: Allows performing key actions like sending notifications, updating details, or closing the job.

  • Suggested Actions Panel: Provides recommendations based on job progress (e.g., Mark Job Closed when all tasks are completed).


Invoice & Payment Records

This section maintains:

  • Invoice Details (Due date, Amount, Status)

  • Payment Records (Received & Pending Amounts)

Users can track payments and manage outstanding balances efficiently.
