This article covers adding inventory items — from the catalogue or as a custom item — while completing the Uplift ICR.
Add Inventory Items
The Uplift ICR allows you to select items from the inventory catalogue.
Select the relevant item category, such as Bedrooms/Study or Lounge/Family.
Use the Search field if required.
Tap the item you want to add.
Adjust the quantity using the plus or minus buttons.
Select the applicable condition and location options.
Add any required photos, damage details, or notes.
Tap Add Item.
Repeat these steps until all uplift items have been added.

Add a Custom Item
If the required item is not available in the inventory catalogue:
Tap + Add custom item.
Enter the required item information.
Add its quantity, condition, location, and any supporting details.
Save the item.
Add Uplift Photos
Photos can be added while recording an item during the Uplift ICR, to document existing damage or condition before transportation.
Tap the camera icon beside the item.
Tap Add Photos.
Take a new photo or upload an existing photo.
Tap Done when finished.
Add clear photos of any existing damage or condition that should be recorded before transportation.
