ICR Inventory is where you set up the categories, items, images, and packing conditions that crew members select from when completing an Inventory Condition Report in the Crew App.
Note: ICR Inventory is different from the standard System Inventory. System Inventory is used for general inventory and volume calculations, while ICR Inventory is used to document and report item conditions throughout the moving process.
What You Can Do in ICR Inventory
Create categories for condition reporting
Add and update ICR items
Rearrange items using drag and drop
Record item dimensions and volume
Upload reference images
Configure Uplift and Delivery packing conditions
Import ICR inventory items in bulk
Control which items are available when completing an ICR
Open ICR Inventory
To access ICR Inventory:
Go to Settings.
Under the Inventory section, select ICR Inventory.
The ICR Inventory page displays your categories and the items saved within each category.
Understand the ICR Inventory Page
Items are organised under categories such as Bedroom, Kitchen, Office, or Living Room.
The inventory table displays: Item Name, Category, Dimensions, Volume, and Packing Conditions.
The number beside each category shows how many items are saved within it.
Click the arrow beside a category to expand or collapse its item list.
Search for an ICR Item
Use the Search inventory items field to locate a particular item. Enter the item name, and Movermate will display the relevant matching records.
