Each ICR item can use your company's default packing conditions or have its own custom conditions assigned. This article covers setting conditions at the item level. To manage the master list of conditions, see Managing Packing Conditions Globally.
Use Default Packing Conditions
Leave Associated Packing Conditions turned off to apply the global default Uplift and Delivery conditions to the item.
Use Custom Packing Conditions
To assign conditions specifically to an item:
Turn on Associated Packing Conditions.
Select the required Uplift Packing Condition.
Select the required Delivery Packing Condition.
Click Create or Save.
These conditions will be available when the item is used in an ICR.
