How to Create and Manage a Container Weight Declaration in the Crew App

Overview

The Container Weight Declaration checklist lets crew members record container details, tare weight, gross weight, and depot information directly from the MoverMate Crew App.

Once a declaration is submitted, MoverMate saves the record and automatically generates a PDF that can be viewed or downloaded at any time.

Accessing the Container Weight Declaration

To access the Container Weight Declaration:

  1. Open the MoverMate Crew App.

  2. Tap Checklist from the bottom navigation menu.

  3. Select Container Weight Declaration.

Weight Calculation

MoverMate automatically uses the entered tare and gross weights to determine the Net Weight (Payload).

Net Weight (Payload) = Gross Weight − Tare Weight

Example

Tare Weight: 25 KG
Gross Weight: 30 KG
Net Weight (Payload): 5 KG

The calculated weight information is included in the generated declaration PDF.
