Storage Job Summary Table Overview

The Storage Job Summary gives a complete overview of a storage entry, including job details, duration, volume, customer, unit, warehouse, and status—all in one place.

Navigate to the Storage Job Section


Click on the Storage ID you want to view.

At the top you will see:

  • Storage ID (Unique identifier for the storage job)

  • Storage Type (Indicates the type of storage assigned)

Below that the row contains:

  • Job Status (Displays the current status of the storage job e.g. Active)

  • Job Number (Shows the linked job reference number)

  • Job Type (Indicates the type of job e.g. Moving)

  • Move In Date (Date when storage begins)

  • Move Out Date (Date when storage ends)

  • Volume (Total volume of items stored in m³)

  • Weight (Total weight of stored items in kgs)

  • Assigned At (Date when the storage was assigned)

  • Customer (Displays the name of the customer linked to the storage job)

    Click the drop down arrow to access the below

  • Name – Full name of the customer.

  • Email – Customer’s email address.

  • Phone – Customer’s contact number.

  • Storage Unit (Shows the assigned storage unit number)

Click the drop down arrow to access the below

  • Unit Number – Unique identifier for the storage unit.

  • Total Units – Number of units allocated for the job.

  • Unit Name – Name or label of the storage unit.

  • Storage Type – Type of storage unit used (e.g. Container).

  • Capacity – Total capacity of the storage unit.

  • Location – Physical or mapped location of the unit.

  • Warehouse (Displays the warehouse where the storage unit is located)

Click the drop down arrow to access the below

  • Name – Name of the warehouse.

  • Type – Type/category of warehouse (if defined).


Storage Units Tab

Columns Button (Top right corner)

You can customize the Storage Units by choosing which columns to display or hide, allowing you to create a layout that fits your workflow.

How to Adjust Columns :

  • Click ‘Columns’

  • Use the toggles to enable or disable to show or hide columns based on your preferences.

  • Once you’ve made your selections, the table will automatically update to reflect the changes

  • You can also drag the columns up and down to adjust which columns come first to last in the storage table.

Each row represents a storage job with the following details:

  • Storage ID

  • Unit ID

  • Customer name

  • Available (Space occupied in the unit out of total space of the unit)

  • Storage Type (e.g. Module, Container, Space)

  • Capacity (Total volume of the unit)

  • Move In date

  • Move Out date

  • Volume (in m³)

  • Weight (in kgs)

  • Status (e.g. Active, Completed, Cancelled)

  • Warehouse

  • Location

  • Coordinates


    Inventory Section

    The Inventory section provides a clear view of all items associated with the job:

    • Total Items added

    • Total Volume (displayed in cubic metres)

    • Itemised inventory list (for example, Queen Mattress, Boxes)

    Inventory items can be added, edited, or updated as required.

    • Lock the Inventory: Once locked, the customer can no longer edit the inventory, but CRM users can still make changes.

    • View Inventory History Use View History to see a complete log of inventory changes over time, including:

      • Items added or removed

      • Quantity changes

  • User or system updates

  • This provides transparency and helps resolve disputes or track adjustments made during the quoting and booking process.

    • Download Inventory: Users can download the inventory as a CSV or PDF using the Download button.


Activity Log

The Activity Log keeps a record of all job-related actions and updates, including:

  • Job status changes

  • Internal notes

  • Invoice creation

  • Payment updates

  • Crew assignments and changes etc.


Files & Photos

This section allows uploading and managing important documents, such as:

  • Pre-move and Post-move Photos

  • Invoices, Estimates, and Other Documents

  • Photos uploaded by the crew via the Crew App (for reference, and resolving potential disputes)
