How to create storage from Job summary

You can allocate warehouse storage directly from the Job page using the Storage tab. This allows you to assign storage units for long-term or temporary storage requirements.

  1. Open Job

  • Navigate to Jobs from the left-hand menu.

  • Click on the required Job ID.

  • Once the Job summary is open

  • Click on the Storage tab.

If no storage has been added, you will see:

No Storage Added

Click “Add Storage” to add and view your storage here.


2. Add Storage details

  • Proceed to configure the storage details.

  • Warehouse (e.g. Melbourne Storage Facility)

  • Storage type (e.g. Container, Self-storage)

  • Move In Date

  • Move Out Date

  • Total Volume (in m3)

  • Weight (in kgs)

  • Proceed to check the availability or use search bar to search the storage unit by Storage ID, name or location

  • Click on the available unit

  • Click Save and the System saves the storage which will reflect in the storage section of Job Summary Page
