The Leads Table in Movermate provides a structured and efficient way to manage all incoming leads. It allows users to view, track, and organize leads across different stages of the workflow, ensuring smooth operations and timely follow-ups.
Viewing Leads
Table View
The Table View displays all leads in a clean, tabular format. It presents essential lead information and includes sorting and filtering options, making it easy to manage and review leads efficiently.
Kanban View
The Kanban View offers a visual, drag-and-drop interface that helps you manage leads by status. This layout allows you to instantly see where each lead stands and move them between stages as their status changes.
Search Bar
The search bar allows you to quickly find specific leads by entering keywords such as name, phone number, email, or lead ID.
Creating Custom Views in the Leads Table
In Movermate, you can create multiple views to organize and filter your leads based on various criteria. This allows you to focus on the most relevant leads at any given time.
To create a new view:
Click "Add View".
Name Your View (e.g., "Follow Up Leads").
Set Filters:
Sort by Creation Date, Job Date, Status, Job Type, Source, etc.
Click "Create View" to save.
Managing Columns in the Leads Table
You can customise the Leads Table by choosing which columns to display or hide, allowing you to create a layout that fits your workflow.
How to Adjust Columns:
Click “Columns”
Use the toggles to show or hide columns based on your preferences.
Once you’ve made your selections, the table will automatically update to reflect the changes.
Note: If you cannot see certain options in the Columns side panel such as toggles for Representative, Move Size, Furnish Type, Time Slot, or Job Address means Super Admin permissions have not been granted to your user account.
Please contact your Super Admin to enable the required permissions.
Importing Leads
The import feature allows you to upload leads in bulk directly into MoverMate. This helps you save time and ensures your data is organized correctly within the system.
Exporting Leads
The export feature lets you download your lead data for external use. You may export leads for reporting, analysis, backup, or sharing with your team or stakeholders.
Filtering Leads
The filter functionality helps you narrow down leads based on specific criteria so you can quickly focus on what matters.
You can filter leads by:
Job Date
Status (e.g., New, Quoted, Follow Ups)
Job Type (e.g., Packing, Unpacking)
Lead Source (e.g., Website, Facebook)
Representative
Creation Date
Job Size (e.g., 1 Bedroom, 11–40 Staff)
Furnish Type (e.g., Lightly Furnished)
Tags (e.g., Corporate Client)
Branch (e.g., Perth, Brisbane)
Create Lead Button
The Create Lead button allows you to manually add a new lead into the system. This is useful when a customer contacts you through phone, email, walk-in, or any other offline channel.
Clicking this button lets you enter customer details, job information, and begin the lead creation process immediately.
