Creating a Tag
To create and assign a tag:
Go to the Leads or Jobs section.
Open the lead or job you want to add a tag to.
In the Job Details section, click Edit.
In the Tags field, type the name of the tag you want to create.
Press Enter and the tag will be automatically created and applied.
You can also select from previously created tags if they already exist.
Once you have added the tag, click Save Changes.
Adding Tags While Creating a Lead or Job
Tags can also be added while creating a new lead or job.
Start creating a new lead or job.
Fill in the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*).
Once the required fields are completed, the Tags field will appear.
In the Tags field, you can:
This allows you to categorize the lead or job right at the time of creation.
After entering the required information, you can either:
Click Next to continue filling out the rest of the form, or
Click Save & Close if you wish to save the lead or job and return later to complete additional details.
Managing Tags
Next to the tags field, you will see three dots (⋯) which allow you to manage your tags.
From here you can:
Viewing Tags in the Leads or Jobs Table
To display tags in your summary table:
This will make the Tags column visible in the summary table.
You can also rearrange the column order by dragging it using the six-dot icon.
Filtering Leads or Jobs Using Tags
You can filter your leads or jobs based on specific tags.
Click Add View.
Select the tag(s) you want to filter by.
Apply the filter, by clicking on Create View.
Once applied, only the leads or jobs with those selected tags will appear in the summary table, making it easier to manage and prioritize your work.
