Updated over a month ago

Access Roles and Permissions

  1. Go to Settings in the Movermate dashboard.

  2. Click on System Roles under the "Roles and Permissions" section.

Create a New Role

  1. Click + Add Role.

  2. Enter a Role Name (e.g., Sales, Admin) and a Role Description.

  3. Define the responsibilities of the role in the description section, e.g., "Responsible for managing leads."

Assign Permissions

  • Dashboard: Control access to different dashboards (Sales, Finance, Operations).

  • Leads: Manage lead creation, exporting, importing, assignment, and deletion.

  • Jobs: Set permissions for job creation, assignment, exporting, and cancellation.

  • Invoices & Payments: Manage invoices, payments, and financial records.

  • Communication: Enable email and text message permissions.

  • Resources: Control access to employees, trucks, and subcontractors.

  • Settings: Grant access to system configurations, pricing, and automation.

Note: Even within these sections, you can manage additional permissions by opening the dropdown and toggling specific permissions on or off.

  • If the main permission is enabled, all sub-permissions under that category will be activated by default.

  • However, you can turn off individual sub-permissions to restrict access to specific actions within that section.

Save Role

Click Save Role to apply the settings.

Edit or Delete Roles

  • Edit: Click the pencil icon to modify role.

  • Delete: Click the trash icon to remove a role.

Assign Roles to Users

  1. Go to the Resources section in MoverMate.

  2. Assign the newly created roles to crew members or users.
