How to Add a Team for a Subcontractor in Movermate

To add a team for a subcontractor in Movermate, follow these steps:

Access the Subcontractor's Profile

  1. Navigate to the Resources section: On the left sidebar of your Movermate dashboard, click on Resources.

  2. Select Subcontractors: Under Resources, click on Subcontractor to view the list of subcontractors.

  3. Choose the Subcontractor: Click on the name of the subcontractor for whom you want to add a team. This will open the subcontractor's profile page.


Add Team

  1. Click on the "Add Team" Button: On the subcontractor’s profile page, you’ll see a section titled Team. Click on the + Add Team button to begin adding the subcontractor's team.

  2. Fill in Team Information:

    • Team Name: Enter a name for the team.

    • Category: Select the team category (e.g., Moving, Packing).

    • Team Email: Input an email address associated with the team.

  3. Set Team Rates:

    • Hourly Rate: Enter the hourly rate for the team.

    • Heavy Lift Charges: If applicable, enter any extra charges for heavy lifts.

    • Stair Charges: If applicable, specify stair charges per flight.

  4. Select User Type: Choose the user type for the team (e.g., Admin, Member).


Set Up User Access for CRM and Crew App

In this step, you will configure user access for the MoverMate CRM and Crew App.

If you do not need to assign access, click Next to continue.

1. Enter User Credentials

  • Enter a Username for the employee.

  • The Email field is pre-filled and cannot be changed.

  • Set a Password and confirm it to proceed.

2. Assign CRM Access

To grant access to MoverMate CRM:

  • Check the CRM License box.

  • Select a role for the user, which defines their permissions within the CRM.

  • Roles can be managed anytime under Settings → Roles & Permissions.

3. Assign Crew App Access

To grant access to the Crew App:

  • Check the Crew App License box.

  • Select the appropriate role for them in the Crew App.

4. Enable Additional Licenses (If Required)

  • Tracking License: Enable this if you want to track the crew member’s location.

  • ICR (Inventory Condition Reporting) License: Enable this if the user needs to complete Inventory Condition Reports in the Crew App. (ICR is only available in the Enterprise Package.)

If a required license is unavailable, checking the box will trigger a pop-up to purchase additional licenses instantly. This will be added to your subscription.

Click Next to proceed.


Save Team

Click on "Create": After filling in all the details, click Create to finalize adding the team for the subcontractor.

Optional: Edit Team Information

Edit Team Details: You can edit the team information later by clicking on edit icon.
