LiveSwitch integrates with MoverMate to help you conduct virtual surveys and collect videos, photos, and other visual information from customers directly from a Lead or Job.
With the LiveSwitch integration, you can:
Start a LiveSwitch Virtual Survey
Schedule a survey and email the survey link to the customer
Request a Video Walkthrough
Request Photos
Start a Recording
Open the associated LiveSwitch Project
Access received photos and files directly within MoverMate
Enable the LiveSwitch Integration
Before using LiveSwitch, enable the integration in your MoverMate account.
Go to Settings
Select Apps Integration
Find LiveSwitch
Turn the LiveSwitch toggle ON
Once enabled, LiveSwitch options will become available within your Leads and Jobs.
Access LiveSwitch from a Lead or Job
To access the LiveSwitch options:
Go to Leads or Jobs
Open the relevant Lead or Job
Click Actions
Select LiveSwitch
The LiveSwitch Actions side sheet will open, where you can choose how you want to proceed.
Choose a LiveSwitch Action
The LiveSwitch Actions panel provides the following options:
Start Virtual Survey: Start a live video call to survey the job in real time.
Request Video Walkthrough: Ask the customer to record a video walkthrough of their items.
Request Photos: Ask the customer to upload photos of their items.
Start Recording: Open the LiveSwitch capture page and start recording.
Open LiveSwitch Project: Open the associated job or project directly in the LiveSwitch dashboard.
Customer Completes the Request
After you select the required action, the customer can complete the LiveSwitch request, such as recording a video walkthrough or uploading photos.
You can select a different LiveSwitch action whenever required depending on the information you need for the job.
View Photos and Files in MoverMate
Once the customer has completed the LiveSwitch request and the media has been received:
Open the same Job.
Go to the Files & Photos tab.
View the uploaded photos and other available files or media.
Schedule a LiveSwitch Virtual Survey
In addition to the LiveSwitch actions above, you can also schedule a LiveSwitch Virtual Survey for a customer and send the survey invitation directly from MoverMate.
Create a LiveSwitch Survey Email Template
Before scheduling a survey, create an email template that will be used for your LiveSwitch survey invitations.
When creating the template, add a button for the customer to access their virtual survey.
Use the following merge tag as the button URL:
{{Customer_LiveSwitch_Survey_URL}}
For example:
Button Text: Start Virtual Survey
Button URL: {{Customer_LiveSwitch_Survey_URL}}
This ensures the customer’s LiveSwitch Survey URL is automatically populated when the email is sent.
Tag the Email Template
Once the template has been created:
Open the relevant Email Template.
Click the More Options (⋮) menu.
Select Tag as LiveSwitch Survey.
This identifies the template as the email template to use when scheduling a LiveSwitch Virtual Survey.
Schedule a Survey from a Lead or Job
To schedule a LiveSwitch survey:
Open the relevant Lead or Job.
Click Actions.
Select Schedule a survey.
The Site Inspection side sheet will open.
Select LiveSwitch Virtual Survey.
Enter the Survey Details
Complete the required survey information, including:
Date & Time
Duration (minutes)
Surveyor
The email section will also display the customer and email details.
Because your email template has been tagged as LiveSwitch Survey, MoverMate will automatically fetch the relevant template into the email section.
Review the email details, subject, and content before sending the survey invitation.
Send the Survey Email to the Customer and Surveyor
When scheduling the survey, you will see the option:
Send email to surveyor as well
If this option is unchecked, the survey email will be sent only to the customer.
If this option is checked, the same survey email will also be sent to the selected surveyor, with the surveyor automatically added to CC.
This allows you to decide whether the surveyor should also receive the survey invitation and details.

With LiveSwitch connected to MoverMate, your team can manage virtual surveys, request customer videos and photos, record visual information, and access LiveSwitch projects directly from your Lead or Job workflow.
The additional survey scheduling functionality also allows you to prepare reusable survey email templates, automatically include the customer’s LiveSwitch survey link, select a surveyor, and send invitations directly from MoverMate.
