The Survey Calendar in MoverMate allows you to schedule and manage pre-move surveys efficiently.

It provides a visual timeline of all surveys assigned to surveyors, helping you:

  • Allocate surveyors

  • Monitor survey workload

  • Avoid double bookings

  • Track virtual and onsite surveys

  • Manage surveys across multiple branches


How to Access the Survey Calendar

From the left-hand menu:

Left Menu → Calendar → Survey


1. Understanding the Layout

The Survey Calendar is structured into three main sections:

1. Surveyor Panel (Left Side)

This displays all active surveyors in your system.

Each surveyor row includes:

  • Surveyor name

  • Role (Surveyor)

This allows you to clearly see which surveys are assigned to which team member.


2. Timeline View (Center Section)

The center panel displays:

  • Dates across the top

  • AM / PM sections

  • Survey time blocks

  • A vertical red line indicating current time (in Week view)

Each survey appears as a block in the timeline under the assigned surveyor.

Survey blocks typically display:

  • Customer name

  • Survey type (Virtual / Onsite)

  • Time duration

This visual layout helps you easily review availability and workload.


3. Branch Filter (Top Right)

Click the Branch button to filter surveys by location.

You can:

  • Search branch name

  • Select one or multiple branches (e.g., Brisbane, Perth, Melbourne)

The calendar updates automatically based on your selection.


2. Date Navigation

At the top of the page, you’ll see:

  • Current month (e.g., March 2026)

  • Navigation arrows (← →)

  • Current date range (e.g., Mar 1 – Mar 7, 2026)

You can switch between weeks or days using navigation arrows.


3. Calendar View Options

The Survey Calendar allows you to toggle between:

  • Day View

  • Week View

These icons are located near the top right of the screen.


4. Calendar Settings (⚙️)

Click the Settings (Gear icon) to configure display preferences.

Available settings include:

  • Use dot badge

  • Use 24-hour format

Default View

  • Day

  • Week

Adjust these settings to match your operational preferences.


5. Refresh Button

Click Refresh to reload survey scheduling data.

This is helpful when:

  • Another team member updates assignments

  • New surveys are created

  • You want to ensure the calendar reflects current changes


6. Survey Blocks (Understanding Survey Details)

Each survey block shows:

  • Customer reference

  • Survey timing

  • Survey type

In some cases, you may also see:

  • Virtual survey indicator

  • Onsite survey label

This helps differentiate between:

  • In-person surveys

  • Remote/video surveys


7. Identifying Survey Availability

Because surveys are arranged under each surveyor:

  • You can instantly identify free time slots

  • You can prevent double booking

  • You can balance survey workload among team members

The clean grid layout ensures clear operational visibility.


8. Red Time Indicator (Week View)

In Week View:

  • A vertical red line shows the current time.

  • This helps monitor real-time survey activity.


9. When to Use the Survey Calendar

The Survey Calendar is ideal for:
