What managers can see and adjust about break time in the Movermate CRM, and where to check if a total looks off during review.
Break time recorded by crew members in the Crew App flows straight into the CRM. As a manager, you mostly view and adjust this data rather than record it live.
Where Break Shows Up
Table view — the Break column shows the total recorded break duration for that entry, alongside Clock In, Clock Out, and Total.
Manually added timesheets — when you use + Add Timesheet (see Manually Adding a Timesheet), the form shows a breakdown across Job Hours, Activities, and Break, and lets you add specific break entries under Daily Breakdown.
What You Can Check
If a total looks off during review:
Open the entry and check the Daily Breakdown for that day — breaks are listed against the Job or Activity they belong to, or as an unassigned break if they were started directly from the crew member's Time Sheet screen.
Compare the Break total against Clock In/Clock Out to sanity-check the Net Working Time.
What You Can Adjust
When adding or editing a timesheet manually, you can add break entries as part of the Daily Breakdown. For a full explanation of how break durations are calculated (and why numbers might not add up the way you expect at first glance), see How Break & Working Time Is Calculated.
For how crew members actually record breaks from their side, see Managing Breaks in the Crew App.
