Step 1: Open the Sales Qualified Lead Report
Navigate to the Reports section.
Open the Sales Qualified Lead Report.
Apply the required filters, such as:
Date range
Branch
Source
Any other available filters
Once the filters are applied, the report will display the data according to your selected criteria.
Step 2: Review the Report Data
The report includes important lead and job information, including:
Lead/Job details
Status
Job value
Estimate total
Invoice total
UTM parameters, such as GCLID and GBRAID
Understanding Job Value
The Job Value depends on the current status of the record:
Lead — the value is based on the Estimate Total.
Invoiced — once an invoice has been created, the value is based on the Invoice Total.
Tip: UTM parameters can be used to identify and match leads or jobs with the relevant Google Ads campaigns.
Step 3: Export the Report
Once you've applied the required filters and confirmed the data is correct:
Click the Export button.
The report will be downloaded as a file.
Open the exported file and make any required changes before using it for Google Ads.
Step 4: Modify the Exported File
After exporting the report, update the file according to your requirements. For example, you can:
Add new columns, such as Job Size or other required information.
Update existing values in the file.
Remove unnecessary columns or data.
Reformat the data to match the requirements of the Google Ads import file.
Use the available lead/job information and UTM parameters to prepare the final import data.
Step 5: Create the Google Ads Import File
Once the exported file has been updated, use the data to create the required Google Ads import file.
The final file can then be prepared according to the format required by Google Ads and uploaded using the Customer Export option in Google Ads.
This allows you to use the Sales Qualified Lead Report data from MoverMate to create a file suitable for your Google Ads conversion tracking and reporting requirements.
