The MoverMate Crew App allows you to manage your scheduled shifts by editing, deleting, or overwriting them. Follow the steps below to make the necessary changes to your availability.
1. Accessing Your Availability
Open the MoverMate Crew App and log in.
Navigate to the Calendar tab from the bottom menu.
Switch to the Availability section.
Locate the shift you want to modify.
2. Editing an Existing Shift
If you need to change the details of an existing shift:
Tap the Edit icon next to the shift.
Modify the shift time slot (Morning, Afternoon, or All-day).
If the shift is recurring, adjust the selected days or recurrence settings.
Once updated, tap "Confirm" to save the changes.
3. Deleting a Shift
To completely remove a shift from your schedule:
Tap on the Edit icon next to the shift.
Look for the Delete Shift option
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
The shift will be permanently removed from your availability.
4. Overwriting a Shift
If you try to add a shift that conflicts with an existing one, the app will notify you:
Tap "Add Availability" and select your new shift details.
If the selected time slot overlaps with an existing shift, you will receive a "Confirm Overwrite" prompt.
Tap "Yes, Confirm" to replace the previous shift with the new one.
⚠️ Note: Overwriting a shift will remove the old shift and replace it with the new one.
5. Reviewing Your Updated Schedule
Navigate back to the Calendar tab.
Double-check that the correct shifts are displayed.
