This guide will help you understand the process of creating an SMS template for your business.
Access SMS Template Section
This will bring you to the Create New Template screen where you can start building your SMS message.
Create New Template
In the Create New Template window, you will be prompted to enter the Template Name (this will be used to identify your template later).
Under Message Content, enter the text for your SMS message.
Use Merge Tags for Personalization
To personalize your message (e.g., including customer names, job details), use Merge Tags.
Click on the Personalization dropdown to see available merge tags.
Choose the appropriate tag (like {customer_name}, {job_date}, etc.) and it will be inserted into your SMS message.
Save Template
After you've entered your message and customized it with merge tags, click Save at the bottom of the screen to store the template.
Use the Template
Once the template is created, you can use it within your communication tools when sending SMS messages to customers. It will be available in the SMS template library for easy access.
Opt-Out Message (Optional)
You can also add an Opt-Out Message for SMS campaigns, allowing customers to easily unsubscribe from future messages.
