To get started with sending SMS messages, you'll first need to enable SMS services in the MoverMate platform.
Navigate to the "Integration" section in the Settings menu of the CRM.
Click on "Numbers" under the Integration tab.
Click on Create Account to activate SMS services. This will allow you to send and receive messages.
Once the service is enabled, you will be able to see the options to add a Dedicated Number or My Own Number.
Adding a Dedicated Business Number
Note: This option is perfect if you need a business-specific number to send SMS campaigns and have two-way conversations with customers.
Follow the steps below set up a dedicated number for your business:.
Step 1: Add a Dedicated Number
Click on Add Dedicated Number.
Enter a nickname for the dedicated number (e.g., "Business SMS Line").
Select the country from the list (e.g., Australia).
Choose a dedicated number from the list of available numbers and check the box to select it.
Click "Add" to confirm the number.
Add Payment Details for Dedicated Number
If you're adding a dedicated number, you will require to enter payment details:
Enter the required card information.
Confirm the total payment amount and proceed to payment.

Using Your Own Mobile Number (Personal Number)
Note: This option is suitable for users who want to send and receive messages using their personal mobile phone number. The setup process is simple, and here’s how to do it:

Add Your Personal Mobile Number
Click on Add Personal Number.
Enter a nickname for the number (e.g., "Harry's Number").
Select the country and enter the mobile number.
Click "Send Code" to receive a verification code on your mobile device.
Enter the 6-digit verification code to confirm your number.
Start Sending SMS Messages
Once your personal number is verified, you can use it to send SMS messages from Movermate CRM. The replies will go directly to your mobile handset.
Configure Your Number's Status
You can mark the number as Public or Private:
Public: All users in your organisation can send SMS messages using this number.
Private: Only the owner of the number can send SMS messages, though others in your organisation can view the activity logs.
Set the Default Sender Email
Choose Default Sender:
The Default Sender number will be used for all text message automation and communications sent from MoverMate.
To set an SMS as the Default Sender, click on the three-dot menu nextin Actionsl and select Mark as Default Sender.
Note: You can only have one default sender at a time. If you wish to change the default sender, you will need to mark another email as the default before you can disconnect the previous one.
